I recently had the P1351 code and after lots of help here and my diesel mechanic looking at it we decided it was an injector. I bought a reco injector and put it in and the car instantly run a lot smoother, the car at 1000rpm The diagnosed the fault as " somthing breaking up in the actuator" There was debris in the oil in the actuator tank. Result new actuator £950. The garage contacted Citroen because the age and mileage of the car and the problem started just out of warranty. Upshot the nice people at Citroen are replacing the actuator for a large discounted price. Local garage found fault 0926-gear box fault the gear does not engage Citroen garage found code P0925 gearbox fault gear not engaged. They reset the gearbox programming ECU. They did a roadtest but no fault - fault tends to happen after the engine has warmed up although now happens soon after starting.
