I was having the same issue as others with it not entering my logins, so I switched to the beta. But now it enters my password into the email field, twice together, and nothing for password. Settings > Guild Wars 2 > Tweaks > Change how the email/password is entered. Select post for the email and password.

Fun when the last update in the change notes from 13 (some hotfix few days later and new post added) actually mentioning a server crash fix then suddenly the login servers down. :D. I guess with this happening for most that now try to login or that were in game and got int only on map change - we can be sure it is only the login server.
As for how long it takes for them to respond that can vary. If you've given them lots of proof of ownership, then a password reset request can take mere hours. If you've not given them much to go on it can take 3-5 days of back and forth til they're happy you're the right owner and can reset the password.

I'm beyond frustrated at this point. I get the emails about submitting support tickets just fine. I can't receive any e-mail authentication, can't login in the game and on forum. Tried 10 times. 2-3 hours ago I got e-mail like always, now I can't receive any Same Shit Here. They've fucked something up.
If you managed to change the PW: Make sure to check that AFTER changing your password that it works in the GAME CLIENT. I had similar problems a few weeks ago. The website wouldnt let me login after changing my password, but the game did. It took support 6 days to answer.
Posted April 2, 2021 Title says it all; I haven't had to worry about authentication in over six months because I only ever access my account on the same device.
